We aim to develop the skill, knowledge and perspective of our client. We begin by understanding the requirement of the organization and the expectations of the management and trainees. Then we proceed to assessing the customer’s training needs in order to design unique and challenging quality courses. We pay special attention to constantly reporting on the progress and attendance of trainees. We handle this information transparently, sharing it with our trainees, their supervisor and management throughout the course. We gauge our success through continuous feedback for the whole duration of course. We then use this valued feedback to fine-tune our services and courseware.
As such, we treat client pre-training, progress and post-training feedback as the valuable assets which they are. |
